Is Housing a Priority in Your Blueprint?

If so, check out the Affordable Housing Program (AHP) at http://www.fhlb-pgh.com/housing-and-community/programs/affordable-housing-program.html. We want to invest in your housing project!

In 2008, FHLBank Pittsburgh will make available approximately $20 million for affordable housing.

As a result of record earnings at FHLBank, there is a record amount of AHP funds to distribute – approximately $20 million! These grants to member banks and project sponsors will support the construction and/or rehabilitation of affordable housing.

The deadline for AHP applications is Thursday, April 3, 2008 for the 2008A funding round and Thursday, September 25, 2008 for the 2008B funding round.

We can help you! Technical Assistance is available to guide you through the AHP process. We encourage you to make contact with the Community Investment representative responsible for servicing your area:
